(written in Chinese or English).

*2. No criminal record certification

*3. Bank deposit certificate (no less than 25,000 RMB)

*4. Copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form (for applicants who are currently not studying at Chongqing Normal University)

Completed Physical Examination Form for Foreigners together with the original copy (lab copy of AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases, type B Hepatitis and X-ray) of the health examination from hospitals with red stamp.

With name, passport number & expiration date, and photo included

*7. Passport photo

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

*8. Transcripts of the most advanced studies (notarized photocopy)

*9. Highest diploma attained or proof of study (notarized photocopy)

Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with translations in Chinese or English.

*10. CSCA Test Transcript(s)

-You need to take the official CSCA test organized by the Chinese government and submit the corresponding subject result transcript(s) when applying. Learn more about the CSCA test >>
-The test covers Chinese (Humanities and STEM Chinese), Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Mathematics is required for all programs, while other subjects depend on the university’s specific requirements.

If no attachment is available yet, it usually means the university has not announced further details.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
